What is the return policy?

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 15-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $5 is charged for returns shipped from the US and $20 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
  • Gift cards

For purchases made on Adascious empire, you can return your purchases online and in-store.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 15-day exchanges for all customers online. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Do you have a warranty?

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 3 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 3 months. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Adascious Empire.

Please submit any warranty requests and our team will follow up with you within in 10 business days with additional details

Important

1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of adascious Empire) are not covered under Adascious Empire warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work. Although we do not offer any repair or resizing service, if your Adascious Empire piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please email adasciousempire@gmail.com

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will be in contact with an update within 48-72 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time of year. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

1. Credit and Debit Visa Card

If you have a Mejuri account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.

Mejuri reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.

2. Paypal

Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Mejuri site.

3. Klarna

  • US: We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments or to pay the full amount within 30 days of purchase between $35 and $4000.
  • Canada: We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments for orders between $35 and 4000.
  • UK: We offer the option to pay in 3 interest-free installments or to pay the full amount within 30 days of purchase for orders between £35 - £1000.

For installment payments, your 1st payment is taken out the moment your order is placed. Kindly note that if your automatic payment fails and you do not provide updated card details, Klarna may charge you a late fee per installment. Klarna will send you email reminders before an installment is removed from your account. You’ll also be notified via email if your payment was unsuccessful.

4. Mejuri Digital and Physical Cards

You can choose to pay for all or part of your online order with Mejuri gift cards. For a Physical Gift Card, simply enter the code shown on the back of the card by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout. For a Digital Gift Card, you can enter the code at checkout.

The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction. Gift card is only redeemable in the currency it was issued in. Mejuri cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash (except as required by law), even if lost or stolen.

You can check your balance in your Mejuri profile. If you haven’t created one yet, go ahead and create one now. Sign in and select “Gift Card” in your profile, then enter the card number. Your remaining balance will be shown there. For full terms and conditions, click here!

5. Store Credit

To use store credit, simply sign in using your Mejuri profile before placing the order and the amount will automatically deduct from the total. Mejuri store credit does not expire and can be used at any time!

In case you have store credits issued in more than one currency, separate orders must be placed in each corresponding currency. Store credits are issued in the same currency as the original purchase, and we are unable to combine them into one currency.
